Luke 18:9 And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: MC VC

Romans 3:1 What advantage then hath the Jew? or what profit is there of circumcision? MC VC

Romans 3:2 Much every way: chiefly, because that unto them were committed the oracles of God. MC VC

Romans 3:3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? MC VC

Romans 3:4 God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. 5 I MC VC

Romans 3:5 But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man) MC VC

Romans 3:6 God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world? MC VC

Romans 3:7 For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? MC VC

Romans 3:8 And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just. MC VC

Romans 3:9 What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; MC VC

Romans 3:10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: 13 I MC VC

Romans 3:11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. 4 I MC VC

Romans 3:12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. 2 I MC VC

Romans 3:13 Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: 2 I MC VC

Romans 3:14 Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: MC VC

Romans 3:15 Their feet are swift to shed blood: MC VC

Romans 3:16 Destruction and misery are in their ways: 3 I MC VC

Romans 3:17 And the way of peace have they not known: 3 I MC VC

Romans 3:18 There is no fear of God before their eyes. 7 I MC VC

Romans 3:19 Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. MC VC

Romans 3:20 Therefore by the deeds of the law there shall no flesh be justified in his sight: for by the law is the knowledge of sin. 9 I MC VC

Romans 3:21 But now the righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets; 5 I MC VC

Romans 3:22 Even the righteousness of God which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for there is no difference: 7 I MC VC

Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 22 I MC VC

Romans 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 18 I MC VC

Romans 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 3 I MC VC

Romans 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 5 I MC VC

Romans 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith. 5 I MC VC

Romans 3:28 Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law. 9 I MC VC

Romans 3:29 Is he the God of the Jews only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also: 6 I MC VC

Romans 3:30 Seeing it is one God, which shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith. 5 I MC VC

Romans 3:31 Do we then make void the law through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law. 18 I MC VC

Romans 7:1 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? 4 I MC VC

Romans 7:2 For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. MC VC

Romans 7:3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. MC VC

Romans 7:4 Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God. 5 I MC VC

Romans 7:5 For when we were in the flesh, the motions of sins, which were by the law, did work in our members to bring forth fruit unto death. 5 I MC VC

Romans 7:6 But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter. 9 I MC VC

Romans 7:7 What shall we say then? Is the law sin? God forbid. Nay, I had not known sin, but by the law: for I had not known lust, except the law had said, Thou shalt not covet. 5 I MC VC

Romans 7:8 But sin, taking occasion by the commandment, wrought in me all manner of concupiscence. For without the law sin was dead. 5 I MC VC

Romans 7:9 For I was alive without the law once: but when the commandment came, sin revived, and I died. 15 I MC VC

Romans 7:10 And the commandment, which was ordained to life, I found to be unto death. 7 I MC VC

Romans 7:11 For sin, taking occasion by the commandment, deceived me, and by it slew me. 4 I MC VC

Romans 7:12 Wherefore the law is holy, and the commandment holy, and just, and good. 22 I MC VC

Romans 7:13 Was then that which is good made death unto me? God forbid. But sin, that it might appear sin, working death in me by that which is good; that sin by the commandment might become exceeding sinful. 5 I MC VC

Romans 7:14 For we know that the law is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. 15 I MC VC

Romans 7:15 For that which I do I allow not: for what I would, that do I not; but what I hate, that do I. 18 I MC VC

Romans 7:16 If then I do that which I would not, I consent unto the law that it is good. 3 I MC VC

Romans 7:17 Now then it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 6 I MC VC

Romans 7:18 For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh,) dwelleth no good thing: for to will is present with me; but how to perform that which is good I find not. 10 I MC VC

Romans 7:19 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. 5 I MC VC

Romans 7:20 Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. 7 I MC VC

Romans 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. 9 I MC VC

Romans 7:22 For I delight in the law of God after the inward man: 5 I MC VC

Romans 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. 7 I MC VC

Romans 7:24 O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death? 26 I MC VC

Romans 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin. 5 I MC VC

Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 22 I MC VC

Galatians 3:1 O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? MC VC

Galatians 3:2 This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? MC VC

Galatians 3:3 Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? 2 I MC VC

Galatians 3:4 Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. MC VC

Galatians 3:5 He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 5 I MC VC

Galatians 3:6 Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. 7 I MC VC

Galatians 3:7 Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. 7 I MC VC

Galatians 3:8 And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. 5 I MC VC

Galatians 3:9 So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. 9 I MC VC

Galatians 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. MC VC

Galatians 3:11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12 I MC VC

Galatians 3:12 And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. 13 I MC VC

Galatians 3:13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 5 I MC VC

Galatians 3:14 That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. 5 I MC VC

Galatians 3:15 Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man’s covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto. 2 I MC VC

Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. 3 I MC VC

Galatians 3:17 And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. MC VC

Galatians 3:18 For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. 4 I MC VC

Galatians 3:19 Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. 8 I MC VC

Galatians 3:20 Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. 8 I MC VC

Galatians 3:21 Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. 2 I MC VC

Galatians 3:22 But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. 9 I MC VC

Galatians 3:23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. 5 I MC VC

Galatians 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 10 I MC VC

Galatians 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster. 2 I MC VC

Galatians 3:26 For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. 12 I MC VC

Galatians 3:27 For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 19 I MC VC

Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 8 I MC VC

Galatians 3:29 And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. 10 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins; 17 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:2 Wherein in time past ye walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that now worketh in the children of disobedience: 5 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 21 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 11 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 54 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 25 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; MC VC

Ephesians 2:12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 5 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. 17 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:14 For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; 11 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:15 Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; 3 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:16 And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: 9 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:17 And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. 3 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:18 For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. 7 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 26 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 7 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 7 I MC VC

Ephesians 2:22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit. 15 I MC VC

Philippians 3:1 Finally, my brethren, rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you, to me indeed is not grievous, but for you it is safe. 5 I MC VC

Philippians 3:2 Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision. 5 I MC VC

Philippians 3:3 For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh. 11 I MC VC

Philippians 3:4 Though I might also have confidence in the flesh. If any other man thinketh that he hath whereof he might trust in the flesh, I more: MC VC

Philippians 3:5 Circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, an Hebrew of the Hebrews; as touching the law, a Pharisee; MC VC

Philippians 3:6 Concerning zeal, persecuting the church; touching the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. MC VC

Philippians 3:7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. 4 I MC VC

Philippians 3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, 9 I MC VC

Philippians 3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: 13 I MC VC

Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; 11 I MC VC

Philippians 3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. 9 I MC VC

Philippians 3:12 Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. 13 I MC VC

Philippians 3:13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, 13 I MC VC

Philippians 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 34 I MC VC

Philippians 3:15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. MC VC

Philippians 3:16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing. MC VC

Philippians 3:17 Brethren, be followers together of me, and mark them which walk so as ye have us for an ensample. MC VC

Philippians 3:18 (For many walk, of whom I have told you often, and now tell you even weeping, that they are the enemies of the cross of Christ: 8 I MC VC

Philippians 3:19 Whose end is destruction, whose God is their belly, and whose glory is in their shame, who mind earthly things.) 4 I MC VC

Philippians 3:20 For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Saviour, the Lord Jesus Christ: 50 I MC VC

Philippians 3:21 Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself. 29 I MC VC
